Problem Palomar Pomerado Health is a health system recognized nationally for the highest quality of clinical care and access to comprehensive services. Besides taking pride in providing superior services for its patients, PPH takes it staff's satisfaction seriously. PPH wanted to connect with its employees to ensure that they are happy with their benefits, and find out how they could improve their benefits program.

Solution iiON assisted L7 Interactive to develop and build a set of strategic questions which were embedded as an iiON SmartAd into the PPH Benefits Brochure, a Flashbook that was made available to all employees. The brief 3 to 4 minute survey appears in the brochure and users can answer questions effortlessly. iiON also made real-time results available with AnalysisManager.

Result This ongoing effort has so far generated useful results. In the first six months of production, the survey saw a 63.4% click-through rate, and a 90.3% completion rate. Staff members at PPH have a voice about their benefits package, and PPH is able to determine the satisfaction of their staff and potentially uncover any issues. The data is available to PPH at all times, so that they can monitor this study and perform analyses at their convenience.
