In addition, they wanted a component where recruiters could login and search for certified technicians based on course results and demographics.

Solution iiON designed and implemented an online course management system. The system provides a branded testing portal where technicians can login, complete course exams, and receive certification. The system also provides a branded recruitment center where recruiters can search for certified technicians.

Result The system has allowed Sony Training Institute to expand its Sony Certified Operator program with online certification. Technicians complete coursework and become certified for Sony products online. Sony Training Institute tracks and analyzes course progress in real-time, while professional recruiters can access and search a database of certified professionals.
