Programmer / Web Application Developer

company is seeking a mid-level Web Application Developer.
Responsibilities:

Participate in all phases of
the design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of database-driven
Web applications.

Primary assignments will be specific development tasks on these apps.
Skills and Qualifications:

Must have strong problem solving skills

Strong knowledge in ColdFusion, PHP, and SQL

Strong knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS

Knowledge of Flash and ActionScript is desirable

Knowledge of PL/SQL is desirable

Web interface design skills are desirable

DBA/Consultant -- Oracle 10g/RAC
We
are looking for a consultant to provide periodic support, maintenance
and performance optimization.
Description:
This individual will be maintaining, optimizing and troubleshooting
multiple core databases.
Responsibilities:
-
Making requested changes, updates, modifications
and optimizations to database structure and data
-
Ensuring database integrity,
stability and system availability
-
Performance improvement,
including database and hardware tuning, query optimization, frequency
reduction etc.

Maintaining database backup and
recovery infrastructure
-
Business continuity planning
-
Developing database objects and
structures for data storage, retrieval and reporting according to
project specifications
-
Implementing and testing
database design and functionality.

Designing and developing
back-end database interfaces to web and e-commerce applications
-
Capacity planning for growth
Requirements:
-
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree and at
least 5 years of experience as a DBA
-
Hands-on experience
administering Oracle 10g in 24/7 production environment
-
Extensive experience
with SQL, Oracle and RHEL4.
-
Ability to provide
after-hours/on-call support for database issues
-
Extensive experience
with Oracle RAC and ASM required
